1. นโยบายนี้ใช้กับอะไร
NTP Wealth Team (“เรา”) ดูแลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้เข้าชมเว็บไซต์ ผู้สนใจร่วมงาน ผู้ขอคำปรึกษา และผู้สนใจเป็นพันธมิตร (“คุณ”) ตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 นโยบายนี้ใช้กับเว็บไซต์ team.ntpwealth.com และช่องทางติดต่อที่ลิงก์จากเว็บไซต์ ได้แก่ แบบฟอร์มติดต่อ LINE โทรศัพท์ อีเมล และ Facebook
เว็บไซต์นี้จัดทำโดย NTP Wealth Team ไม่ใช่เว็บไซต์ทางการของบริษัทประกันชีวิตใด
2. ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บ

1. Scope of this policy
NTP Wealth Team (“we”) protects the personal data of website visitors, people interested in joining the team, people seeking consultation, and people interested in becoming partners (“you”), in accordance with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019). This policy applies to team.ntpwealth.com and the contact channels linked from it: the contact forms, LINE, telephone, email, and Facebook.
This website is created by NTP Wealth Team. It is not the official website of any life insurance company.
2. Data we collect
Data you enter or send to us, such as your name, nickname, phone number, email, LINE ID, preferred contact time, and details related to your enquiry, such as age and occupation (job applications), financial goals (consultations), business name and business type (partnerships), and any message you write.

We do not request sensitive data, such as health or religious information. Please do not send it through our forms. If a later step requires it, we will ask for your explicit consent first. If you provide personal data about another person, you must already have that person’s consent.

4. Where form data goes and how long we keep it
When you submit our contact form, your data is sent by email to the team’s administrator.
When you submit a form on a partner’s page, your data is sent by email to that partner, with a copy to the team’s administrator.
Every form submission is recorded in the website’s back-end system, which only the website administrators can access. All emails are sent through Google’s Gmail service.
You will receive a short confirmation email with a reference number. This email does not contain the information you entered.
If you do not want to be contacted, or want your data deleted:
If you contacted a partner, please tell that partner directly, as each partner manages the data they receive. Please also tell us so we can delete your data from the website’s system.

Some service providers may store data on servers outside Thailand. We will ensure this complies with the law.

This website is built with WordPress and uses third-party services: Google Analytics (visitor statistics), Google Fonts, YouTube, LINE, and Facebook. These services may use cookies under their own privacy policies. You can set your browser to refuse or delete cookies, but some parts of the website may not work properly.

We limit access to your data to people who need it and use appropriate measures to prevent unauthorised access. However, no online system is completely secure. If a data breach affects your rights, we will notify you as required by law.
